Position/Job Title

Unity Game Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Unity Developer responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining games and interactive software applications using the Unity game engine. You will collaborate with game designers, artists, and developers to bring concepts to life with smooth, engaging, and high-performance experiences. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Translate design concepts and requirements into functional Unity applications.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable Unity (C#) code.
  • Identify bottlenecks, debug defects, and implement fixes or improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game design, QA and business.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Ensure that all solutions comply with coding best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in game development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Unity 3D and C# game programming.
  • Unity Development:
    Strong command of Unity (2D/3D), including asset integration, scene management, and scripting.
  • Collaboration:
    Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, artists, and engineers.
  • Optimization:
    Understanding of game performance optimization techniques (memory management, physics, rendering).

Additional Competencies (Bonus):

  • Exposure in game/application programming that involves real-time communication with 3rd party devices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
