Litigation Support (Personal Injury Cases)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Support Specialist to provide administrative and document support during the litigation phase of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare discovery documents, interrogatories, and requests for production.
  • Assist with deposition scheduling and prepare summaries of testimony.
  • Manage trial exhibits, evidence, and pre-trial checklists.
  • Coordinate communication with expert witnesses.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of litigation timelines and procedures.
  • Ability to draft and review legal documents with accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential legal information with discretion.
