We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. You will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, job postings, interview coordination, and smooth employee onboarding.
  • Handle employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and assist in payroll processing.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
