The Role

We're looking for a
proactive and experienced HR Manager
to join our
Faisalabad team
.

You'll oversee all aspects of
human resources operations
— from recruitment and performance management to policy implementation and employee engagement.

Your mission: create a
motivated, compliant, and people-first culture
that supports WooGlobe's global growth.


Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end
recruitment & onboarding
processes.

Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Foster a
positive work culture
and resolve employee concerns.

Design and execute
employee engagement
and retention programs.

Oversee
performance management
and career development planning.

Ensure compliance with
labor laws
and internal policies.

Develop and manage
training, payroll, and compensation
structures.

Provide
HR reports and insights
to senior management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    HR, Business Administration
    , or related field.
  • Proven experience as an
    HR Manager
    or similar leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of
    HR best practices
    and labor regulations.
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership, and problem-solving
    skills.
  • Proficiency in
    HR software and MS Office
    .
  • Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain
    confidentiality
    .
