Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead and inspire our On-field Sales Development Representatives team in Lahore. The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth in both B2B (wholesale, retail, HoReCa) and B2C (direct consumer sales, events, and activations) segments. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, field execution, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of On-field SDRs to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for B2B and B2C markets, targeting supermarkets, retail chains, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and direct consumers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Director on pricing, promotions, and product placement strategies.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine sales tactics.
- Oversee training and development of SDRs to maintain high performance, professionalism, and customer engagement.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
- Represent Khaas Foods at trade shows, food festivals, and other promotional events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in the food & beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong B2B & B2C selling skills, particularly in dairy, bakery, or FMCG products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Must be Lahore-based and willing to travel for client visits.
