𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for digital and offline channels.
  • Responsible for generating sales leads and driving business growth.
  • Manage client relationships and
    ensuring a seamless customer experience & communication.
  • Assist with product development, sampling and merchandising planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage product catalogs, photoshoots, and brand content.
  • Prepare marketing reports and performance insights.
  • Coordinate with buyers/clients to understand product requirements and specifications.
  • Manage sampling process — from development, approvals, costing, and revisions.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure timelines, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  • Prepare product sheets, tech packs, and detailed order documentation.
  • Conduct market and trend research for new product ideas and collection planning.
  • Maintain updated product catalogs, swatches, trims, and fabric libraries.
  • Prepare weekly merchandising reports and production status updates.
  • Ensure all products meet brand standards, specifications, and compliance requirements.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing and merchandising in apparel industry.
  • Strong communication,
    problem-solving
    and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva/Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience.
  • Proven expertise in Team Leadership and fostering collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic merchandising plans
  • Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a plus
