We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up, deploying, and maintaining SaaS-based applications on AWS and GCP platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline deployment pipelines, ensure infrastructure scalability, and maintain high availability for SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Infrastructure Setup and Management:

  2. Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.

  3. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.

  4. Configure and manage container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker.

  5. SaaS Deployment and Optimization:

  6. Deploy SaaS applications ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.

  7. Automate deployment processes, monitor systems, and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.

  8. Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

  9. Monitoring and Security:

  10. Configure monitoring and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Stackdriver.

  11. Ensure compliance with best security practices, including access control, data encryption, and vulnerability management.

  12. Conduct regular audits and performance tuning of deployed SaaS solutions.

  13. Collaboration and Support:

  14. Work closely with development teams to define and implement infrastructure requirements.

  15. Support troubleshooting of production issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

  16. Provide technical guidance on DevOps best practices and cloud architecture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role with a focus on SaaS applications.

  • Strong expertise in AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS) and GCP (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Kubernetes Engine).

  • Proven experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications.

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.

  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with multi-cloud architecture and migration strategies.

  • Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices.

  • Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., VPC, DNS, load balancers).
