Sinf-e-Ahaan by MARUS Kartal Gözetim is the pioneering female-only protection force in Pakistan, providing professionally trained Female VIP Protection Officers for weddings, corporate functions, dignitary events, and exclusive gatherings. We are redefining women-led security with confidence, honor, and discipline.

Role Overview

We are looking for physically fit, disciplined, and confident women who can safeguard VIPs, manage female-focused security operations, and perform duties with precision, loyalty, and professionalism.

This role requires a respectful personality, strong situational awareness, and an ability to respond calmly to pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide close protection and safe movement of female VIPs and guests
  • Maintain professional, dignified security management, especially in female-only zones
  • Enforce entry protocols, conduct screening, and manage controlled access
  • Monitor crowd behavior, identify risks, and respond to incidents discreetly
  • Follow chain of command and instructions without debate
  • Coordinate with overall event security team for smooth operations

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Age: 18–26 years
  • Athletic or strong build — gym, sports, or martial arts background preferred
  • Height: 5'6" or above (preferred)
  • Tomboy-type personality with confidence and physical presence
  • Strong emotional and psychological pressure-handling ability
  • Fresh candidates with self-defense or first-aid training are encouraged
  • No past affiliation with other private bouncer groups

  • Excellent discipline, punctuality, and situational alertness
  • Respectful communication with women and families
  • Professional appearance and behavior at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
