As a Proposal Writer & Bidding Specialist, you'll be at the frontline of opportunity creation. Your words will represent our expertise, capture client interest, and set the stage for meaningful collaborations. This role is all about precision, creativity, and strategy in crafting winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms that align with our services.
  • Craft clear, engaging, and client-focused proposals that stand out.
  • Customize proposals by understanding client requirements, pain points, and project goals.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and timely responses to prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve proposal quality and conversion rates.
  • Track performance of submitted proposals and continuously refine approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA, CS, Data Science, English, or a related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, online bidding, or business development (preferred).
  • Exceptional written English with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple submissions daily.
