We're looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and problem-solving. 

This hybrid role combines the analytical depth of a
Business Analyst

with the creative flair of a
Technical Content Writer.

If you're passionate about technology and can translate complex ideas into clear, impactful content—while also gathering and organizing business requirements—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare technical proposals and RFP responses.
  • Translate client discussions into clear documentation: requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Research and write high-quality content including blogs, articles, and social media content on emerging technology trends, digital transformation, and AI-powered development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop comprehensive marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, website content).
  • Maintain project documentation including user manuals, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
  • Experience in writing for tech audiences and documenting software requirements or user flows.
  • Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and modern tech stacks is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or master's degree.
