Virtual Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator

Right Recruit is looking for a motivated and organised Virtual Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This is a remote role supporting UK-based landlords, tenants, and property management operations. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, and women are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage property listings, enquiries, and viewings

Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants

Handle tenancy applications, referencing, and move-in coordination

Prepare tenancy documents and digital paperwork

Resolve basic maintenance issues and liaise with contractors

Maintain CRM systems and update records accurately

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in lettings, property management, estate agency, or similar

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident working independently and remotely

Well-organised with strong attention to detail

Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems

Professional, reliable, and proactive

Preferred:

Familiarity with UK rental legislation and property processes

Experience handling remote property management duties
