Role Description

As a Freelance Platform Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and , writing compelling proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients. You will be a key player in our business development efforts, ensuring a steady pipeline of relevant projects for our team.

Key Responsibilities


• Monitor and filter relevant projects daily across Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.


• Craft personalized, persuasive proposals that showcase our expertise and maximize win rates.


• Manage client communication — from initial response to deal closure.


• Optimize and maintain company profiles for visibility and conversion.


• Collaborate with internal teams to align bidding strategy with company goals.


• Track proposals, responses, and conversions to measure performance and refine approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a
    Freelance Bidder / Business Development Executive
    on Upwork, Fiverr, or
  • Strong proposal writing and storytelling skills (no copypaste templates).
  • Deep understanding of freelancing platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Ability to research and target projects with high conversion potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a focus on daily output.
  • Experience using CRM or pipeline tracking tools (preferred).
