Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bidder
with hands-on expertise on
Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will identify high-value projects, craft compelling proposals, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
  • Write tailored, client-focused proposals.
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with service offerings.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships.
  • Meet monthly bidding and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bidder on Upwork, Freelancer, and/or Guru.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
  • Knowledge of IT services: websites, apps, UI/UX, SEO, software, etc.
  • Strong understanding of freelance platform trends and algorithms.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
