Role Overview:As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of prospects. You will utilize various outbound and inbound channels—especially email outreach and Salesforce CRM—to generate qualified leads that drive revenue growth. This position requires someone who is data-driven, tech-savvy, and highly skilled at nurturing relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and generate new leads through targeted outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms).
- Manage and track leads within Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and pipeline visibility.
- Create and optimize personalized email sequences to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine approaches.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging lead-gen tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lead generation, email campaigns, and Salesforce CRM.
- Familiarity with other CRM and outreach tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Outreach, Apollo, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance metrics.Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet targets.
- Previous experience in the software/SaaS industry is a strong plus.
