We're looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer who knows how to make ads perform, not just run. You'll be responsible for planning and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and helping brands grow their online presence through data-backed strategies.

If you understand audience behavior, enjoy testing creatives, and can turn analytics into real results, this role is for you.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Manage ad budgets efficiently and track ROI.

Create custom and lookalike audiences to reach the right people.

Implement and manage tracking tools like Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

Monitor and analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

Generate weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging ad creatives.

Stay updated on new social media tools, trends, and platform updates.

*Requirements:*

Minimum 2 years of experience in Meta advertising or paid social media campaigns.

Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and ad funnel creation.

Hands-on experience with Pixel setup, CAPI, and GA4 reporting.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and maintain consistent performance.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
