Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced
Business Development Executive
to join our team. Candidates must have at least
2 years of proven experience
in business development, client acquisition, and Upwork bidding. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upwork Bidding:
Actively bid on relevant projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and effectively presenting our strengths. - Lead Generation:
Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through platforms, directories, and networks. - Cold Emailing & Outreach:
Create and deliver persuasive cold emails to initiate and maintain client relationships. - Market Research:
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth. - Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure alignment and maximize results. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in business development, preferably in the IT/software services sector. - Upwork Expertise:
Hands-on experience in Upwork bidding with a successful track record of winning projects. - Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adapt strategies accordingly. - Team Player:
Strong collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
