We are hiring on behalf of our client—a lifestyle and travel-focused startup that is building a website where users can discover the best hangout spots across the US and Canada. From restaurants and cafés to nightlife and local events, this platform is designed to engage both domestic and international audiences.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who specializes in organic growth strategies. No paid ads—only sustainable, long-term traffic strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive organic marketing strategy tailored to a travel/lifestyle audience.
  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO efforts to drive long-term organic traffic.
  • Build and manage a content calendar, working with writers to create high-quality blog posts, guides, and landing pages.
  • Optimize website structure, internal linking, and metadata to improve rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using different tools.
  • Launch and manage backlink-building initiatives (guest posts, partnerships, PR outreach).
  • Grow social media presence through organic engagement, viral content, and community management.
  • Leverage forums, niche communities (e.g., Reddit, Quora), and influencer collaborations to boost visibility without paid promotions.
  • Track analytics and KPIs to continuously refine organic strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a clear focus on organic growth.
  • Proven success in building and scaling websites or platforms using SEO and content marketing (travel/lifestyle niches a plus).
  • Deep knowledge of search engine algorithms, Google Search Console, keyword planning, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent communication and content planning skills.
  • Experience managing freelancers or content teams.
  • Familiarity with international audiences and global SEO considerations.
