At ZPayso, we are seeking a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to design, manage, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth deployment, scalability, and performance of our fintech platforms. Your expertise will directly contribute to system reliability and enable our product teams to innovate and deliver efficiently in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, configure, and maintain AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Athena and CloudWatch.
  • Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
  • Monitor application performance, optimize resource usage, and implement cost-efficiency strategies.
  • Identify and resolve production issues in collaboration with development teams to ensure system uptime.
  • Implement and enforce security, compliance, and data backup procedures across environments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve DevOps workflows, automation, and reliability.
  • Manage networking configurations and load balancers within AWS infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of AWS core services and cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
  • Good understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices.
  • AWS Certification (Developer, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
