Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide outbound sales agents.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor calls for quality and compliance.
  • Prepare and share performance reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a domestic call center.
  • Proven experience with wallet products.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting/Excel skills.
