Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead regional sales operations and drive business growth in
power generation, solar solutions, UPS systems, and industrial equipment
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage regional sales operations for
Generators, Solar Systems, UPS, and Industrial Equipment. - Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identify new business opportunities in
industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
clients, EPC contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders. - Manage, mentor, and motivate the
regional sales team. - Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in tenders, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- BS Engineering
(Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics) - DAE / B-Tech
with
MBA
Minimum 5 years of proven experience
in a similar role
Strong background in
Generators, Solar Power Systems, UPS, and Industrial Equipment sales.
