Role Description

We are seeking a
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with at least
4 years of post-qualification experience
to serve as both
CFO & Company Secretary
. The candidate must bring strong expertise in
financial management, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance
while ensuring strategic support to the Board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial statements with IFRS and regulatory standards.
  • Manage
    tax planning, audits, risk management, and internal controls
    .
  • Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships, and capital management.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to guide long-term planning
  • Company Secretary Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with
    SECP regulations, Companies Act, FBR laws
    , and all other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare, review, and file all
    statutory returns, tax filings, and regulatory documentation
    in a timely manner.
  • Organize and manage
    Board of Directors' meetings, AGMs, and EGMs
    , including notices and agendas.
  • Advise the Board and management on
    corporate governance best practices
    and compliance issues.
  • Act as a liaison between the
    Board, regulators, shareholders, auditors, and other stakeholders
    .
  • Coordinate with
    legal advisors, auditors, and consultants
    to ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
  • Monitor and mitigate
    compliance risks
    , providing recommendations to the Board where necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
    – required.
  • Minimum
    4 years of relevant post-qualification experience
    .
  • Experience in delivering presentations to the
    Board of Directors
    (BOD), the
    Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan
    (SECP), the
    Pakistan Stock Exchange
    (PSX), and various
    financial institutions
