Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality customer support via phone calls and chat, representing Globo Tech professionally; resolving customer issues, inquiries, and maintaining high standards of communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls & live chats with customers
  • Respond to customer enquiries about products/services accurately and politely
  • Resolve complaints or escalate difficult issues as needed
  • Keep records of calls/chats properly (using CRM or relevant software)
  • Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
  • Maintain professionalism, clarity, and politeness in all conversations

Requirements / Candidate Profile:

  • Must have strong English skills in speaking, writing, and comprehension — clear pronunciation, good grammar e.g. you studied at a very good / out-class English university or equivalent standard
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Passionate, responsible, reliable, with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer literacy (typing speed, navigating software)
  • Good listening skills, patience, customer-oriented mindset
  • Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Levels (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Freshers welcome but any experience in call/chat support is a plus
