Job Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Remote (Pakistan) – Supporting Canada & USA operations

About Us

Master Supply Co. is a Canadian-registered premium fashion brand, specializing in leather jackets and apparel. We run a hybrid global logistics system with fulfilment in Pakistan, Canada, and the USA (via 3PL partners).

We are hiring Logistics Associates in Pakistan to support our international shipping operations. This role will handle day-to-day shipping tasks, order processing, and courier coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Generate shipping labels for Canada, USA, and worldwide orders (Shopify, UPS, DHL portals).
  • Track shipments daily, update internal records, and flag delays or exceptions.
  • Respond to customer shipping inquiries via email (delivery status, customs delays, returns).
  • Manage returns & exchanges: create return shipping labels, track inbound shipments.
  • File claims with couriers for lost/damaged shipments.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to escalate issues and maintain compliance.
  • Prepare daily activity logs for tracking accuracy and customer response times.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in logistics, shipping, or customer support (preferred).
  • Prior exposure to UPS/DHL/FedEx portals (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English (written & verbal) – mandatory.
  • Strong skills in data entry, Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs65,000.00 per month
