Job Title: Operations & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Remote (Pakistan) – Supporting Canada & USA operations

About Us

Master Supply Co. is a Canadian-registered fashion brand specializing in premium leather jackets and apparel. We operate a hybrid global logistics system with fulfilment in Pakistan, Canada, and the USA (via 3PL partners).

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our Pakistan-based team and play a central role in shipping management, courier coordination, and cross-border logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Logistics Associates in day-to-day tasks.
  • Manage daily shipping inquiries and escalations from couriers and customers.
  • Generate and review shipping labels for Canada, USA, and worldwide orders.
  • Liaise directly with courier representatives (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) for escalated cases.
  • Handle customs clearance, export documents, HS codes, and compliance.
  • Track shipments, resolve delays, and file claims for lost/damaged goods.
  • Weekly reporting on: shipping success rate, delays, claims filed vs settled, shipping cost per order.
  • Coordinate with Canadian fulfilment staff and USA 3PL to ensure smooth workflows.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Prior experience working with UPS/DHL or other international courier companies (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of import/export compliance and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal) – mandatory.
  • Skilled in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and familiar with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Problem solver with the ability to handle escalations quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage Associates and support global operations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics (Master's preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs70,000.00 per month
