Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive with strong expertise in audit, payroll, revenue management, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the software company and in-depth knowledge of international accounting standards including IFRS 15.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily finance operations including accounts, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Manage and monitor company revenue recognition, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Apply accounting standards for Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15, Accounting Policies, Estimates & Errors).
  • Identify and evaluate financial risks, implement risk control measures, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in audit coordination and ensure compliance with external/internal audit requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor changes in IFRS and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and strengthen internal processes for better financial governance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Audit (Big 4 or reputed audit firm background preferred).
  • Experience in a software house / IT industry will be a strong plus.
  • Expertise in Payroll, Revenue Recognition, and Risk Assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts), (Accounting Policies, Estimates & Errors).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems & advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
