Job Title: Senior Finance Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to supervise our finance and administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee finance and administration operations.

· Prepare and monitor budgets, financial statements, and reports.

· Manage payroll, tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and bankers.

· Ensure accurate payments, tax deductions, and accounting entries.

· Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

· Maintain accurate records for PRs, POs, invoices, and payments.

· Handle ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Master's in Finance, MBA, ACCA, or ICMA (part-qualified candidates considered).

· 4–5 years' experience in finance or accounting.

· Must have software house experience

· Proficiency with accounting software (Sage 50, QuickBooks, Peachtree).

· Strong financial reporting, compliance, and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
