Role Summary:
The Senior Finance Executive will assist the Finance Manager in handling operational f inance tasks across all regions. This includes supporting audits, taxation, legal compliance, and contributing to the preparation of accurate financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage finance operations for all regions (Pakistan, UAE, KSA, Egypt, and future expansions).


• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT regulations, and international accounting standards (IFRS).


• Assist in coordinating with auditors and preparing schedules for annual and interim audits.


• Help in the preparation and submission of tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, withholding tax) for all jurisdictions.


• Support in handling finance-related legal and regulatory matters.


• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.


• Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.


• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth finance operations.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CA/ICMA partly qualified or finalist preferred).


• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, preferably in a multi-entity environment.


• Basic knowledge of IFRS, audit practices, and taxation in multiple jurisdictions.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-regional environment.


• Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo experience will be an advantage) and MS Excel.
