Role Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute all digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on lead generation for Xyhbermed. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is comfortable with a night-shift schedule and has a proven track record of driving measurable growth through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
    Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (search, social, display) with the core objective of generating high-quality sales leads.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO/SEM):
    Develop and execute strategies for on-page and off-page SEO. Manage and optimize paid search (SEM/PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Marketing:
    Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., including creating engaging content and running targeted paid campaigns.
  • Content Strategy:
    Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content (blog posts, website copy, ads, emails) that is optimized for search engines and targeted at specific customer personas.
  • Email Marketing:
    Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to nurture leads.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Website Management:
    Ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversion and search performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under a night-shift schedule (5 PM - 2 AM).
