Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and improve digital campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as 
    social media, email, paid ads, and SEO
  • Collect and analyze data from digital campaigns to evaluate performance and ROI
  • Conduct 
    market research
     and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Assist in content creation for digital platforms, including social media posts, email newsletters, and blog articles
  • Prepare promotional materials and digital presentations
  • Manage and update the company's 
    CRM system
     and marketing databases
  • Support day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities
  • Help organize and execute online events, webinars, and promotions
  • Monitor and report on key digital marketing metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience
     in the 
    IT or software industry
  • Strong understanding of 
    digital marketing techniques
    , including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management
  • Familiarity with 
    CRM tools
     (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), 
    online analytics
    , and platforms like 
    Google Ads and Meta Business Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in 
    MS Office
     and digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Marketing, Business, or a related field
