Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead UI/UX Designer
to join our dynamic team at Prismware Technologies. As a

, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences and interfaces for our
SaaS products and IT solutions
, serving a global clientele. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with clients across various geographies and collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and management teams. Your expertise in design tools,
user-centered design principles, and modern UX methodologies
will be key to delivering intuitive and visually appealing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements through direct collaboration with product managers, engineers, and clients.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation buttons.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and UI mockups that clearly illustrate site functionality and aesthetics.
• Ensure designs adhere to style standards, including fonts, colors, and images.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and present design concepts and drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and resolve any design-related issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, focusing on enhancing responsiveness and overall user experience.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing results.
• Continuously optimize and refine designs based on user behavior and analytics data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Advanced knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience with user research tools like User Testing, Hotjar, or Google Analytics is desirable.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
