Role Overview

The HR & Finance Assistant will be responsible for supporting the branch with day-to-day finance operations and HR activities. This role includes recording weekly financial transactions, managing reimbursements, handling cash-related activities, and assisting in HR processes such as job postings and recruitment support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across both finance and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record weekly transactions and bills in alignment with transations with SCORP system.
  • Manage and process employee reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Handle cash transactions of the branch, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and petty cash.
  • Assist in HR operations, including job postings across platforms.
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers during recruitment processes.
  • Maintain HR files, employee records, and documentation.
  • Support in onboarding new employees and other HR administrative activities.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR queries from staff.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Com, ADP, or a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 years of experience in finance/accounts and/or HR support roles preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting/HR software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
