Software is looking for an energetic HR/business/commerce graduate, to join the team as HR Systems Trainee.

Reporting to the Senior HR Team Members, and interacting closely with senior HR management, this individual shall:

HR Systems Trainee

As an HR Systems Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Systems Team to support HR operations through systems and data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and interested in HR analytics and process automation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing HRIS and keeping it operational.
• Provide backup support in managing and updating HR System.
• Support data entry, validation, and audits to maintain data integrity within Workday HRMS.
• Support reporting and analysis tasks using Workday HRMS.
• Learn to troubleshoot and resolve basic user issues in collaboration with Workday Team.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualification:

• BBA/BS (HR/IT)
• BSc. Computer Sciences/Data Analytics or similar

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of HR Systems or databases preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent Data Analytical Skills.
• Stress & Time Management Skills.
• Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
• Effective oral & written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures.
• MS-Office: Especially strong spreadsheet skills, for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment.

Work Shift:

• Monday to Friday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
