Personal Assistant to Director – Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Director in managing sales operations, coordinating client interactions, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Director with daily administrative and sales-related tasks
  • Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence
  • Maintain and update client and sales records
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Follow up on sales leads and support business development activities
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a PA or in a sales support role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated, with attention to detail
  • Must be located near Korangi or able to commute easily
  • Must be presentable, confident, and quick learner

Location: Korangi, Karachi (Near Driving License Branch)

Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)
