Job Summary:

SS Scientific System is seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be efficient, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to management.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate between departments and external contacts on behalf of management.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are organized and up to date.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, expense reports, and other documentation.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management efficiently and discreetly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
