IT Service desk team lead

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is actively looking for a competent & experienced IT desk service guy leading or supervising the service desk team, managing daily ticket queues in Jira Service Management and Maintaining accurate IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses) for one of our clients in pharmaceutical Industry.

Description:
Lead and supervise the Service Desk team, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Manage daily ticket queues in Jira Service Management, including assignment, prioritization, and escalations.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (hardware, software, licenses) and ensure lifecycle management.
Handle IT purchasing – vendor coordination, quotations, procurement approvals, and delivery tracking.
Generate performance and asset reports for management.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent with 5 years of IT support experience.
Strong Jira Service Management expertise.
Experience in IT asset management and procurement.
Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs85, Rs100,000.00 per month
