Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of content strategies.
  • Develop content frameworks, messaging guidelines, and brand storytelling direction
  • Oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and campaign timelines
  • Analyze audience insights to create high-impact content plans
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and product teams to produce cohesive content
  • Review, edit, and optimize content for clarity, tone, SEO, and performance
  • Identify content gaps and propose innovative ideas to maximize engagement
  • Manage and mentor content creators, writers, and freelancers
  • Monitor content performance data and adjust strategies to improve results
  • Ensure all content maintains consistency, brand voice, and strategic objectives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial planning
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand messaging, and audience insights
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content analytics tools
  • Ability to lead content ideation, planning, and execution independently
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
