Deputy Project Director – ADMS Project

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is looking for a Deputy Project Director to lead the execution of a multi-disciplinary ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) project at the Distribution Control Center (DCC) for one of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Telecom, or Civil Engineering.

  • PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in utility infrastructure and smart grid/ADMS projects.

  • Proven leadership in large-scale IT/OT, power distribution, and ADMS implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of utility operations, contract management, and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with fiber optics, HVAC, control room design.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity for critical infrastructure.

  • Tools: MS Project, Primavera, Power BI.

  • Prior experience with Karachi Electric (KE) highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs500, Rs575,000.00 per month
