Job description:

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for healthcare marketing and business growth? Join our team and play a key role in strengthening our corporate presence and lab marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote corporate and laboratory services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, doctors, and healthcare partners, including retail marketing.

Drive business development through outreach programs, presentations, and promotional campaigns.

Plan and execute awareness sessions, corporate wellness programs, and lab service campaigns.

Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Collaborate with the management and clinical teams to align marketing activities with organizational goals.

Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide strategic recommendations for growth.

Prepare and present periodic performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights.

Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.

Ensure brand visibility through both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in corporate or healthcare marketing (preferably in diagnostics/labs).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
