Key Responsibility

  • Conduct persuasive and informative product/service
  • Effectively manage the full sales cycle and close deals independently
  • Identify client pain points and position to address those challenges
  • Maintain strong follow-up practices to nurture leads and convert opportunities
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless post-sale handover
  • Keep accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM tools
  • Train and mentor both new hires and existing team members, while contributing to the growth and leadership of a high-performing sales team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, specifically within the Us campaign
  • Proven track record of closing deals end-to-end — from lead generation to final agreement
  • Excellent English, communication skills , both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet/except

Timing 8:00 PM to 5:00 am.
