Executive - US | Taxation (Night Shift)

We are looking for dynamic and passionate professionals to join our team as Executive - US Taxation.

In this role, you will manage tax compliance processes, coordinate with our Corporate department to resolve issues, and support the smooth execution of all taxation-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle tax compliances including Federal, State, and Local taxes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. tax legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and file Federal and State tax deposits and returns accurately and on time.
  • Review tax documents to identify eligibility for credits or deductions.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate department to address and resolve complaints or issues during tax processes.
  • Organize and maintain tax records and ensure proper document archiving.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with all applicable taxation and labor laws.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 3–4 years of prior experience in taxation or a similar role (U.S. tax experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax compliance.
  • Proficient in ERPs and MS Office (Advanced Excel skills required).
  • Good understanding of document management/archiving processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
