Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods against defined quality standards.
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks as per inspection guidelines.
  • Document and maintain inspection records, test results, and reports accurately.
  • Identify non-conformities and report them to the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and quality procedures.
  • Use inspection tools and equipment (calipers, gauges, measuring devices, etc.) correctly.
  • Support internal audits and compliance activities.
  • Suggest improvements in processes to reduce errors and defects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate / DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering Mechanical) / RAC (depending on industry).
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality inspection (manufacturing, production, or relevant industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of quality standards, processes, and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, or SOPs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
