Automotive Sales Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive sales and team leadership, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance and motivation to team members.
- Have strong capabilities to handle Business Score Card of Principal company in achieving targets
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and management to align sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in automotive sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and trends.
