Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the oil and gas sector, especially in Exploration and Production (E&P) activities. The BDE will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in the Pakistani oil and gas market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and analyze new business opportunities in the Pakistani E&P sector.
- Stay updated on local industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities within Pakistan.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the oil and gas sector in Pakistan.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with business goals.
- Lead Generation & Sales Process:
- Actively generate leads and turn them into business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids to potential clients, ensuring alignment with market demand.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure services meet client expectations and contractual agreements.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance service offerings based on client needs and market demands.
- Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals with clients, ensuring all terms are in line with company objectives.
- Ensure effective execution of contracts, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the E&P or oil and gas industry in Pakistan is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, ideally in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong understanding of the E&P industry, local regulations, and market dynamics in Pakistan.
- Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales performance.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships at all levels.
- Sound business acumen with an analytical approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in the bidding process and tender submissions specific to the Pakistani oil and gas industry.
- Established network within Pakistan's oil and gas sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
