Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar System Technician with hands-on expertise in solar system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, proven field experience, and the ability to work independently on residential and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities


• Install on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems.


• Execute wiring, mounting structures, and system configuration.


• Conduct testing, commissioning, and verify system performance against design specifications.


• Troubleshoot and maintain solar inverters, panels, and batteries.


• Uphold stringent safety and quality standards at all project sites.

Requirements

Education


• DAE in Electrical Engineering or certified Solar Installer (Mandatory)

Experience


• 2–3 years in solar system installation or maintenance

Technical Skills


• In-depth knowledge of inverters, batteries, and PV system configurations


• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently

Other


• Willingness to work in field conditions and travel to project sites


• Strong communication and teamwork abilities


• Experience in a similar role is preferred
