Job Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in Solar Energy and Smart Automation Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through networking, market research, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships (industrial, commercial, and residential).
  • Pitch and present Solato's products/services (Solar Systems, Smart Solutions, PPAs).
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (BBA, EE preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Renewable Energy/Solar/Tech industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
