Job Overview

SECO is seeking a skilled IT Professional with strong expertise in printer maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should also be experienced in computer systems, CCTV management, electrical wiring/switchboard work, and general IT support, ensuring seamless technology operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair printers (ink refilling, fault detection, troubleshooting).
  • Perform Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and monitor CCTV systems and related equipment.
  • Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Set up and maintain office devices (printers, scanners, projectors, etc.).
  • Perform basic electrical wiring, switchboard troubleshooting, and related electrical support when required.
  • Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the company.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Professional or in a related IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of printer repair and troubleshooting (main requirement).
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of CCTV installation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and switchboard maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum Intermediate/Graduate qualification.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
