Explore Logics is looking for a Business Development Specialist with expertise in LinkedIn lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding, connecting, and building relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, InMail, and outreach campaigns to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain professional relationships through LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Research industries, markets, and companies to identify business opportunities.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation / Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to meet monthly and quarterly lead targets.
- Understanding of IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
