Job Overview:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth internal office functioning, supporting administrative tasks, and coordinating procurement activities. This position will also involve maintaining communication across departments and assisting management in implementing operational strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Knowledge and hands-on experience in event execution is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day company operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate internal communication and support smooth office functioning.
  • Plan and execute market activities, events, and field operations.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders for operational needs.
  • Monitor ongoing tasks/projects and report updates to management.
  • Must own a personal bike for field operations.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office is required.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Management, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
