Job Type: Full-time, On-site
About Us:
La Grande Marquee is one of Karachi's premier banquet venues, known for hosting memorable weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to join our team and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee banquet administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and clients for seamless event management
- Maintain records, documentation, and schedules
- Manage staff attendance and work allocation
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in event management/banquet/hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Timings: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
