Assistant Manager Sales

We are seeking highly motivated and result driven Assistant Manager Sales to grow Sales of China Origin Medical Devices i.e. dialysis catheters and CVP lines.

Major JDs incudes but not limited to:

  1. Target oriented position requires meeting of Sales target on annual basis.

  2. Participate in tender & complete follow-up from pre tender working to completion of project.

  3. Plan and specify goods well before tender.

  4. Maintain market share of all companies for each product & increase market share on annual basis.

  5. Ensure completion of sale including receivables in time.

  6. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  7. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in the region.

  8. Negotiate and close agreements with customers.

  9. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggest and implement improvements.

  10. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

  11. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

Qualifications

Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in sales of Medical Devices and surgical disposables including China Origin Dialysis Catheter Sets and CVP to Private & Government hospitals and Market.
